All prices are quoted EXCLUDING local tax of € 5,00 per person (aged 15 and over) per night. Local tax is payable on departure and is shown separately on the bill.

In case of cancellation, we demand the following fees:
till 3 months before arrival: 0%
3 months - 1 month before arrival: 40%
1 month - 1 week before arrival: 70%
less than 1 week before arrival: 90%
