The rooms & apartments are ready for you to move into from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
If you arrive after 18:00, please let us know by phone or e-mail.

We kindly ask you to vacate your room or apartment by 10:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.

Your four-legged friends are very welcome at SOMMER. We charge a cleaning fee of 10,- € per day. Please bring your own food and all other things your furry friend needs on vacation.

In WINTER we do NOT accommodate DOGS for various reasons. We ask for your understanding.

You will find parking spaces directly behind our house. Please use the area designated for "Haus Alpenblick". There is 1 parking space available per booked room / per booked apartment.

This is € 4 per person (compulsory from 2008 for summer 2004 & 2009 for winter 2024/25) and overnight stay. It is shown separately on the invoice and is not included in our stated prices.

You can enjoy our breakfast buffet daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. For guests in our rooms, breakfast is included in the price quoted (unless expressly booked otherwise). Guests in the apartments can - after prior consultation with us - book breakfast for €18 per person per day. Children up to their 10th birthday pay € 9.

On the day of departure - or in other cases (e.g. hikes in summer that require an earlier start) breakfast is possible from 6:00 am - by prior arrangement with us. Simply contact us in this regard.

You can book online HERE in advance. Please note the price differences depending on when you buy the passes.
These can then be picked up at the lift ticket office or the ticket machines at the lift stations during your vacation.

Once a booking has been made, we reserve the right to request a deposit of 30% of the accommodation price within 10 days. You will find all details on your booking confirmation. When making a deposit, please ALWAYS state the name of the person making the booking and the date of arrival. Then we can clearly allocate the deposit.

To save you and us unnecessary stress on the day of departure, we ask you to settle your bill by the evening before your departure at the latest.

Cancellations should ALWAYS be made IN WRITING - also in your interest - to avoid later discussions. In the event of cancelation, the following cancellation fees will be charged (in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the hotel industry): Cancellation free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 40% of the total package price. From 30 days to 7 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the total package price. If you cancel in the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the total package price, in the event of late arrival or early departure 100%.
In order to be able to offset any costs incurred, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance (e.g. under Calculate and enter personal details - Hotel Cancellation Plus - Europäische Reiseversicherung (europaeische.at) or simply ask your trusted insurance advisor).

All our rooms and apartments are cleaned by our staff between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. Please use the signs on your room door to release the rooms for cleaning or if you do not require cleaning. You are responsible for washing up in the apartments (dishwasher available in the apartments).

In the rooms "NEDERKOGEL" and "HANGERER" we offer discounts for children from 2 full-paying adults as follows: 0-2 years 100%, 3-5 years 70%, 6-12 years 40% and 13-15 years 30% on the accommodation price. There are no discounts for children in the vacation apartments.

Free W-LAN is available throughout the house. The sauna area is excluded as a "recreation area".
