In case of occupancy of a kid as a third or fourth person we have the following discounts on the regular price:

3 - 5 years 70%
6 - 12 years 40%
13 - 15 years 30%
All prices are quoted WITHOUT local tax of € 4.00 in summer 2025 and € 5.00 from winter 2025/26 per person (aged 15 and over) and night. The local tax is payable on departure and is shown separately on the invoice.
Cancellation fee:
In case of cancellation, we demand the following fees:
till 3 months before arrival: 0%
3 months - 1 month before arrival: 40%
1 month - 1 week before arrival: 70%
less than 1 week before arrival: 90%
