The apartment is cleaned by us on a daily basis. We request that our guests wash up and clean the kitchen themselves. We do not charge for end of stay cleaning, this is included in the price.

Bread service:
You can order fresh bread daily to be delivered to your door with our bread service. We are happy to offer milk fresh from our farm as well.
Breakfast:
Spoil yourselves. Enjoy our regional breakfast in Haus Alpenblick. Reservations required. Price: € 18,00 per person and day. Children pay until 13th birthday € 9,00 per day.

Cancellation fee:
In case of cancellation, we demand the following fees:
till 3 months before arrival: 0%
3 months - 1 month before arrival: 40%
1 month - 1 week before arrival: 70%
less than 1 week before arrival: 90%
